The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has: A university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. A minimum 3-5 years of a relevant working experience. Solid knowledge of Swedish employment laws and legislations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, experience with the HR system Workday is an added advantage Experience of working in a production environment would be highly appreciated A fluency in English and Swedish Our candidate is a person who is proactive and solution-oriented, who takes a people-first approach to their work. This person is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for building trustworthy relationships.
