Lead QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities Directly participating in product testing Defining and controlling task/project testing quality indicators Developing testing rules and maintaining high standards Managing the QA team (Manual & Automation) Distributing test tasks among team members and controlling their implementation Record-keeping for the QA department (including test cases and checklists) Preparing the product for release Leading the project - constant readiness to provide a full and clear report on the status of the project, plus risk analysis Participating in the estimation and planning of tasks for the latest release version Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years in a similar QA role in mobile game development Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle Experience leading QA teams of 10+ people Strong planning, organization, and team management skills Experience with QA KPIs, team development, test documentation, and testing strategy Experience collaborating with automation teams Experience with A/B testing and monetization Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases Experience with Git and CI/CD Experience with API and network debugging tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Charles, and Fiddler Strong practical use of AI in testing, with the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into QA workflows and pipelines English and Russian spoken and written at B2 level and above Would Be a Plus : Ability to read XML and JSON Knowledge of MongoDB (queries must be written often) Experience analyzing testing effectiveness Ability to localize problems based on statistical data Experience developing work processes with test management systems (TestRail) Experience with Android debug bridge, iMobileDevice Working at Tripledot Hybrid Working Paid Holiday: Enjoy 20 business days of paid holiday Collaborative and Data-Driven Culture: Work in an environment where strong opinions are welcomed, ideas are challenged constructively, and product decisions are based on metrics and insights Continuous Professional Development: Grow your expertise through professional development opportunities within the company’s learning budget Medical Insurance Compensation: Receive compensation for private medical insurance Sport Compensation: Stay fit and active with partial reimbursement for your gym membership
