2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Production Supervisor. This position reports to Plant Manager and will work in Litchfield, Illinois facility. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. About the position As a Production Supervisor in the Operations team, you will be involved in overseeing the 2nd shift operations for receiving, assembly, and packaging operations. Your main responsibilities Responsible for production results (Order accuracy, inventory accuracy, etc.) for their respective shiftPlan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsCoaching, Training and Disciplining team members on policies, processes, and proceduresResponsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programsResponsible for employee’s time keeping and ensure compliance with HR PoliciesPartner with Lean resources to continually improve efficienciesParticipate in additional projects as necessary What do we offer?
