Account Development Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Development Representative based in Canada. This is an entry-level sales opportunity focused on driving profitable growth across a defined territory and expanding relationships with small and mid-sized customers. You’ll identify new accounts, re-engage underpenetrated customers, and turn emerging market opportunities into qualified business prospects. The role combines business development, consultative selling, relationship management, and solution positioning within a technology-focused environment. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand business challenges and connect them with relevant products and solutions. Success will depend on your ability to build trust with decision-makers, manage a pipeline, and negotiate effectively while protecting long-term relationships. The position offers strong exposure to technology markets, sales strategy, and customer engagement, with meaningful opportunities to grow professionally. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the Mississauga area, with occasional travel to an office location as required.
