Account Executive - Sweden

What you will do** - Create pipeline: build target lists, open conversations cold, run your own outbound - Close consultatively into Swedish HR and operations teams - Identify and engage the Swedish HR and AI-automation communities: be where practitioners meet, online and in person - Build relationships with HR influencers and the voices your buyers listen to - Work with the Solution Architect on solution ideation, scope and available delivery capacity - Work with marketing and the Director of Business Development and Operations to design and run lead-generating events - Feed Swedish market signal back into product and content - Use AI daily to research, prepare and move faster.
