Account Manager, DACH

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager, DACH based in Ireland. As an Account Manager, DACH, you will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise ecommerce customers across their full lifecycle. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their business priorities, and connect those priorities to solutions that create measurable value. The role combines account strategy, customer advocacy, commercial growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You will manage complex enterprise conversations, from identifying risks and business needs to presenting value and negotiating renewals and upsells. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other specialist teams, you will ensure customers receive a coordinated and high-quality experience. You will also bring customer insights back into the organization, helping shape product priorities, use cases, and advocacy opportunities. This is an ownership-driven role in a fast-growing, highly technical environment focused on innovation, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer relationships.
