Account Manager - HR Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager - HR Services based in Canada. This is a client-facing sales and account management opportunity focused on building long-term relationships with HR, Talent, and Learning & Development leaders. You will manage an existing portfolio while identifying opportunities to expand accounts and generate new business. The role combines consultative account management with proactive business development and relationship building. You will connect client needs with a broad range of HR research, advisory, consulting, training, analytics, and workshop solutions. Success will depend on your ability to understand business priorities, uncover opportunities, and create meaningful value for clients. You will work collaboratively with research, product, and other internal teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The position is fully remote within Canada.
