Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager based in Canada. As an Account Manager, you will own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of high-value business customers, acting as their trusted and dedicated point of contact. You will build relationships with founders, executives, and finance leaders while helping customers maximize the value of financial products and services. The role goes beyond traditional account management, combining relationship ownership, consultative selling, retention, and account expansion. You will lead customer onboarding, quarterly business reviews, capital conversations, and growth opportunities from discovery through execution. You will proactively identify customer needs, anticipate churn risks, and connect business objectives with relevant financing and product solutions. Working in a remote, high-trust, fast-moving environment, you will have significant autonomy while collaborating closely with sales, customer success, underwriting, and product teams.
