Accounting Analyst

the opportunity to grow with the team.  The individual will participate in the monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, CO-OP reporting, automation, ad hoc projects and much more. Reporting to Accounting Manager, this person will be a highly motivated team player with the ability to take charge of various accounting projects, while driving efficiencies and standardization.     You will work with teams across The Wonderful Company to ensure balances are properly recorded in accordance with GAAP. You will also have the opportunity to help train and mentor our FARM (Finance and Accounting Rotation Mentorship) program analysts as they transition through The Wonderful Company.  This role provides an opportunity for a highly motivated accounting professional to help the POM Wonderful leadership team achieve its goals. This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
