Accounting Manager

For our client we are looking for an Accounting Manager. About the role The Accounting Manager manages and oversees the daily operations, drives improvements, and ensures local compliance rules are met. They work cross functional to partner with all the right stakeholders, both within finance and the business organization, solving problems and ensuring high quality in the accounting and reporting data. Assignment Description • Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. • Monthly and quarterly reporting to our owners • Coordinate and complete annual reports • Coordinate and work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end. • Help meet objectives set within the Accounting and Reporting team. Requirements • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting and reporting field. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP. • Experience working in SAP. • Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken Personal attributes • Structured and detail-oriented • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills • Proactive problem-solving approach • Collaborative and team-oriented • Self-driven and demonstrates initiative
