This is a senior program management leadership role focused on delivering complex, strategic initiatives across multiple business units. You will oversee high-impact programs and portfolios, connecting business strategy with disciplined execution and measurable outcomes. The role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, risk management, organizational change, and hands-on program leadership. You will guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment, often influencing without direct authority. A key part of the position is advising senior leadership on portfolio governance, resource optimization, and transformation priorities. You will also help strengthen program management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization. The role is fully remote in Brazil, with occasional travel and collaboration across a global, highly regulated environment.
