AEC Technical Recruiter

This is an opportunity to join a growing professional services organization supporting architecture, engineering, and federal contracting talent needs. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and corporate roles, including staffing for complex CONUS and OCONUS projects. The role combines strategic talent advisory with hands-on sourcing, candidate assessment, and pipeline development. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies. Your expertise will help identify specialized, high-performing, and diverse talent in competitive labor markets.
