Agentic ERP Solution Engineer (NetSuite)

key responsibilities include - Translate complex Finance, Procurement, and operational business requirements into scalable, end-to-end ERP solutions, from discovery through to deployment. - Design, build, and maintain robust solutions within our ERP tech stack (centered on NetSuite), including integrations with connected systems and external platforms. - Design and implement agentic workflows and AI-driven automation to streamline financial processes, identifying and evaluating new tools to drive efficiency and accuracy. - Proactively surface process inefficiencies and data integrity issues through AI-assisted analysis, continuously optimizing for long-term scalability. - Act as a technical subject matter expert, communicating directly with stakeholders to translate business intent into technical execution and driving cross-functional initiatives. ## Requirements - Solid experience working with ERP platforms, including strong NetSuite configuration and integrations, alongside deep understanding of financial processes like procure-to-pay and order-to-cash. - Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, scalable, and high-impact technical solutions across complex environments. - Genuine curiosity about and practical experience applying AI and agentic tools in a business context, balancing automation leverage with human judgment. - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to partner directly with Finance and Tech teams to drive initiatives while operating as a senior individual contributor. - Act as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to solve complex problems, improve data integrity, and drive cross-functional initiatives. - trong project leadership and stakeholder communication, with a track record of driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact and translating between business intent and technical execution. ## It would also be music to our ears if you have - Familiarity with invoice-to-pay, spend management, consolidation, or planning and budgeting software such as Medius, Expensify, Aaro, or NSPB. - Experience working across ERP and CRM ecosystems, including Salesforce integrations, paired with knowledge of modern DevOps practices and agile ways of working. **Equal opportunity employer** We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
