Agile Design Lead Coach
We are now looking for an Agile Design Lead Coach on the behalf of our client. Background: The Agile Design Lead Coach is responsible for the current Agile Design (AD) process and approach, including supporting in developing processes and ways of working, ensuring Essity’s long-term competitiveness. Main Tasks: Manage and lead the refinement of Agile Design (AD) process and way of working based changes proposed by Innovation Excellence Lead. Lead continuous improvements sessions with AD Coaches to collect new requirements and propose these to the Innovation Excellence Lead. Plan and drive competence build of AD Coaches via training sessions including Bootcamps and AD Assessments. Develop Coaches further via 1:1s and AD Community meets. Mentor and support AD Coaches in AD activities and projects as needed. Own and follow-up on identified and agreed AD KPIs. Drive and stimulate how AD can be leveraged to the fullest (incl field studies, prototype testing and usability studies), also considering regulatory constraints, e.g. MDR. Manage AD Coaching requests with requestors and allocate resources (AD coaches) from the AD Community. Required Skills: Be a communicative and empathic team-player who operates with a positive and pragmatic can-do attitude. Ability to embrace change by challenging the status quo, and deal with ambiguity and complexity. Being able to organize and structure work is key for the role since the role is managing many different stakeholders at the same time. Thriving on using network to connect people and leverage synergies working with colleagues and stakeholders. Being able to build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect as well as engaging, challenge, coach and inspire people around. “Human Centricity” and the question “What problem are we trying to solve?” are at the core of how work is approached and decisions are made. Required Experience: Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in the area of innovation and product or solution development. University Degree MSc or similar. Experience working with Design Thinking or any other Human Centered Design methodology. Previous experience of a coaching roll as well as practicing Agile methodology. Workload: The resource requirement is expected to remain at approximately 50% throughout Q4, increasing to 100% during Q1 and Q2 of the following year as workload demands grow. Practical information: - Interviews are planned to be held in the Mölndal office during the end of week 38 and beginning of week 39. - Preferred start is beginning of October and the assignment is currently estimated to end in August 2027. - This is a temporary position and we do not expect an extension after august. - We have a hybrid work environment and expect the consultant to be present in the office every week. Start: 2026-10-05 Duration: 11 months Workload: 50% during Q4, then 100% moving forward Location: Mölndal (needs to be onsite at least 3 days/week) We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, so if interested please don´t hesitate to apply!
