Agile Flow Leader
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to support a team of Cable Harness Routing Designers within Scania's eMobility organization. The team consists of nine designers ranging from junior to senior specialists and is responsible for cable harness routing installations for chassis applications, with a primary focus on 24V harness routing for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV). As Scrum Master, you will support planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement while helping the team establish an efficient, transparent, and sustainable way of working. The role includes facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and supporting collaboration with stakeholders across the engineering organization. Key Responsibilities Coach and support the team in agile principles and ways of working. Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews. Support team planning, prioritization, and delivery transparency. Identify and help remove impediments and bottlenecks. Coordinate dependencies with stakeholders and surrounding engineering teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team development. Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Managers, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). Experience & Skills Minimum one year of experience in a Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar leadership role. Experience facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Mural. Ability to create alignment and drive collaboration across teams. Fluent English, spoken and written. Meriting Experience Experience from automotive product development. Experience from Scania, TRATON, or a similar engineering organization. Technical understanding of product development, electrical installations, or vehicle development. Additional Information Team size: 9 members. Reports to the Unit Head and works closely with the RTE within the VCT organization. Hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site. The requirement may increase based on business needs. Technical understanding of vehicle development is beneficial but not mandatory.
