Agile Project Leader, Projected Functions (Apple CarPlay & Android Auto)

<p><span>As an <strong>Agile Project Leader</strong> for <strong>Projected Functions</strong>, you will lead development within the areas of <strong>Apple CarPlay (ACP)</strong> and <strong>Android Auto Projection (AAP)</strong>—key customer facing features and strategic components of our infotainment platform. You will guide cross functional teams responsible for end-to‑end development across connectivity, audio/video handling, resource management, integration ‑and certification.</span></p><p><span>Your role includes coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring high ‑quality integration of projected-function technologies across multiple platforms, and securing that deliveries meet OEM expectations.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Leadership & Delivery</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and mentor agile development teams responsible for ACP and AAP functionalities, ensuring focus, flow, and quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan, execute, and deliver projected-function features using Agile methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate integration and validation across functional areas (audio/video stack, connectivity, navigation,)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure teams maintain strong ownership, sense of urgency, and system understanding.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate with OEMs on projected-function deliveries, test results, and certification outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams such as GlaDOS (testing & certification), PickLock (audio/video stack), and MatchBox (connectivity, integration & navigation), but also within teams we are dependent on at the OEM side.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Integration, Testing & Quality</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee end-to-end validation of ACP/AAP, ensuring compatibility, stability, and performance across platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive test planning, certification preparation, and issue resolution together with test development teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor incoming defects and feature requests, ensuring prioritization and smooth delivery flow.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and suppliers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure documentation and alignment with industry standards, platform requirements, and ACP/AAP certification criteria.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience as Agile Project Leader, Scrum Master, or similar within automotive, infotainment, or embedded ecosystems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with OEM requirements, certification processes, and cross-team dependencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What We Offer</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Opportunity to lead development within two of the most critical features in the infotainment domain.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with cutting‑edge automotive and connectivity technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative, diverse, and highly skilled engineering environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional growth and career development across technical and leadership tracks.</span></p></li></ul>
