AI Creative, Still Life

We are looking for people with…  Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for creative image production, such as Figma Weavy, Magnific or similar node-based tools, demonstrated through a portfolio or relevant projects.  Ability to build and refine complex node-based workflows, with strong judgement in selecting the right tools and workflow structure for the task at hand.  An understanding of composition and visual storytelling, with the ability to work within established visual and brand guidelines and translate creative briefs into consistent, high-quality visual output.  Experience from a creative environment such as photography, design, content production, retouching, art direction, styling, or other relevant creative fields.  The ability to work efficiently within structured workflows, production targets, and deadlines.  The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools, technologies, and creative workflows.  And people who are…  Passionate about technology and curious to explore the possibilities of AI within creative production.  Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented, comfortable working autonomously and adapting to changing needs and priorities.  Hands-on and comfortable experimenting with new tools and ways of working.  Visually driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality while working at pace.  Collaborative and open-minded, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop.  WHO WE ARE   H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
