AI Developer Enablement Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Developer Enablement Engineer based in India. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, developer experience, and platform enablement. You’ll design and build internal AI-powered tooling that helps developers automate remediation, modernization, and migration workflows. The position combines hands-on software development with the deployment and integration of LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and AI-enabled CI/CD capabilities. You’ll become a trusted technical resource for developers, troubleshooting issues and helping teams adopt AI-assisted development effectively. Success will be measured through tangible improvements such as faster upgrade cycles, reduced manual effort, and lower operational costs. You’ll work collaboratively across engineering teams in an environment focused on practical AI adoption, continuous improvement, and developer productivity.
