We're building internal tools that help marketing teams plan smarter across global and local markets. Claude Code and similar agentic tools will be a core part of how we design, write, and ship software — every day. We move fast, we ship to production, and we're looking for someone who wants to work that way too. Responsibilities Own features end-to-end — from talking to stakeholders to writing code to watching it go live. Work across the full stack and integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces. Help define how we build as the team grows. Requirements Mandatory You're a solid full-stack developer with 3-5 years of shipping real products. You've built and deployed web applications end-to-end You're comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong You ask questions early and document what you build You maintain the products you build Nice-to-have Tech Stack: Front end: Javascript, React Backend: Python, FastAPI Database: PostgreSQL Cloud: Azure Infrastructure as Code: Terraform AI: Claude code / GitHub copilot /MS Foundry API Integrations Onsite in Stockholm
