Want to be part of transforming road freight? Einride is showing the world a new way to move, based on the latest digital, autonomous and electric technologies. We build the technology that hauls freight efficiently, and we put it to work for the world's leading manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers and defense organizations, all working toward a future where moving goods costs less for our customers, and less for the planet. Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a U.S. public road. In June 2026, Einride became a publicly listed company on Nasdaq, a milestone that reflects a decade of turning what once looked like science fiction into everyday reality. Today, our technology moves freight across North America, Europe, and the Middle East for some of the world's biggest shippers. As an AI Enablement Engineer at Einride, you will bridge the gap between our business operations and modern AI technologies by building the systems that let teams across the organization deploy secure AI workflows. You will work hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and cloud infrastructure, and partner with business stakeholders to find high-impact use cases and turn them into working solutions. You will also collaborate closely with our Platform Engineering team to design the cloud infrastructure and security guardrails these workflows require. You will: Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and automation use cases, turning them into working solutions. Perform prompt and context engineering to structure business knowledge for AI agents. Build, deploy, evaluate and improve AI workflows and agents. Work with Platform Engineering to build the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for AI workflows. Implement guardrails for data privacy, model governance and human-in-the-loop validation, including access controls, secrets management, and automated evaluation. Coach and mentor colleagues across technical levels: introductions and handholding for non-technical people, as well as code reviews and pairing. We expect you to: Be service-minded and a clear communicator who enjoys supporting colleagues of all technical levels. Have practical experience building LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, context design, and output validation. Have hands-on experience with a language such as Python, Java, or Go, and with cloud infrastructure. Have a solid understanding of secure software development and data privacy. Have 3-5 years of experience. This full-time role is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg , following a hybrid model with Tuesday through Thursday in the office. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually. Please note that as part of our standard recruitment process, we conduct a background control on the final candidate for this role. This may include verification of education, employment history, any relevant professional certifications or other information that may be of our interest.
