AI Enablement Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer based in Canada. This is a foundational engineering role focused on making AI adoption safe, scalable, and practical across a distributed organization. You will design and build AI-powered workflows, integrations, agents, and infrastructure that help teams work more efficiently. As the first dedicated specialist in this function, you will have significant ownership in defining standards, reusable patterns, and enablement practices from the ground up. You will partner closely with teams across Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, Engineering, and other business functions to identify high-value opportunities. The role combines hands-on technical engineering with internal consulting, requiring you to translate business challenges into secure and effective AI solutions. You will also help establish AI literacy, develop internal champions, and create scalable foundations that allow teams to build independently. This is a remote-first opportunity for someone excited to shape how an organization adopts AI, agents, and emerging technologies at scale.
