What You'll Do - Own backend scalability — design and implement services and infrastructure built to handle growth. - Tune and iterate on LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency in production. - Ship software continuously, maintaining a high ownership mindset in a fast-moving, small team. ### What We're Looking For - 5+ years of backend software engineering experience delivering scalable, production-grade systems. - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and optimising AI agent workflows in live production environments. - A practical, portfolio-driven approach — demonstrable side projects and shipped software are valued over formal credentials alone. - Experience thriving at fast-growing startups; high agency and genuine startup motivation are essential. - Strong sense of ownership, intentional career choices, and a sustained curiosity for the craft. - Based in Stockholm or able to legally work and relocate there — visa sponsorship is not available. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 USD annually, with flexibility for exceptionally senior candidates. - Equity offered; the salary/equity mix is negotiable. - Visa sponsorship: not available. ### Location On-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
