AI Engineer

Are you passionate about turning AI capabilities into real business value? We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll help identify opportunities, design AI and automation solutions, build prototypes, and guide stakeholders through the rapidly evolving AI landscape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and people: strong enough technically to design solutions, but equally comfortable explaining complex concepts in a simple and structured way. In this role you have the opportunity to: Identify AI and automation opportunities across business areas; Facilitate discovery workshops and solution discussions; Design and prototype AI-driven solutions; Support implementation together with developers and architects; Promote adoption of AI technologies and best practices; Coach stakeholders and teams on AI capabilities and use cases. What is needed in this role: Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives; Knowledge of technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, RPA, APIs, or intelligent document processing; Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions; Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Curiosity, pragmatism, and a passion for innovation.
