AI & GenAI Solution Developer

Our client in the technology industry is seeking an experienced AI and GenAI Consultant to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will translate complex requirements into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI services that leverage the client's existing data platform and enterprise ecosystem. The ideal consultant combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset. You are comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and turning opportunities into tangible solutions. With hands-on experience in AI-agent development, GenAI technologies, and backend/API engineering, you will collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, and development teams to deliver robust AI capabilities that create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, GenAI, and AI-agent solutions leveraging the client's data platform and enterprise systems. Translate business needs into technical requirements, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps in close collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that enable reliable consumption of AI capabilities across applications. Build and optimize data pipelines, orchestration processes, and data foundations to support AI and machine learning use cases. Ensure AI solutions are production-ready through deployment, monitoring, governance, evaluation, and continuous improvement practices. Collaborate across business and technical teams to drive delivery from concept to implementation while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards. Required Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering AI, GenAI, RAG, and AI-agent solutions using Python and cloud-based platforms. Strong expertise in LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, retrieval-based architectures, and GenAI solution evaluation. Solid software engineering background with experience deploying, operating, and scaling AI solutions in production environments. Strong backend development and API integration skills, including experience connecting AI capabilities to enterprise applications and systems. Experience working with cloud platforms, data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, orchestration frameworks, and scalable data architectures. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, and Pipelines. Experience with Azure services such as API Management, Azure Functions, Container Apps, and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, data privacy, model governance, and enterprise AI best practices. Experience working in large, complex organizations with diverse data and application landscapes.
