The Role We're growing and looking for more AI/ML-oriented backend developers to join our consultant team. As a Level 2 consultant, you'll take on client assignments with a good degree of independence — building backend services and APIs that power AI functionality — while still working alongside, and picking up patterns from, some of the industry's most experienced AI architects and tech leads. Examples of what you might work on: Building and maintaining production backend services in Python (e.g. FastAPI) Integrating LLMs, implementing RAG patterns, and contributing to agentic AI solutions Working independently in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including infrastructure-as-code Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and following DevOps practices Contributing to architecture discussions and technical decisions on client engagements Who We're Looking For You're a few years into your career as a developer and comfortable taking ownership of your own deliverables. You don't need to have led AI projects before — but you should already have some hands-on exposure to the field, whether professional or self-driven. We think you have: Around 3–5 years of experience in backend or software development, including production environments Solid skills in Python (or a comparable language such as Java, C#, or Node.js) Practical experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services Genuine, hands-on interest in AI/ML — for example, you may already have worked with LLM integrations, RAG, or ML pipelines, professionally or in your own projects A relevant degree in computer science/IT, or equivalent experience Good communication skills in both English and Swedish What We Offer As a consultant, you become part of a small, fast-moving team fully focused on generative AI.
