Allbound Marketing Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Allbound Marketing Strategist based in France. This role is designed for an experienced go-to-market professional who can connect business strategy, revenue operations, technology, and customer experience. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping partners understand their current GTM challenges and build scalable paths toward measurable growth. The position combines consultative discovery, strategic planning, HubSpot expertise, and hands-on collaboration with technical specialists. You will shape foundational GTM elements including ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue processes. Success will be measured by the business outcomes and improvements you help partners achieve, rather than simply by project completion. The role offers an opportunity to work across diverse challenges in a collaborative, fast-moving environment while incorporating AI and emerging technologies into modern GTM strategies. You will also contribute to evolving methodologies, playbooks, and best practices as the organization continues to grow.
