Alliance Manager - Personalized Healthcare Solutions

Responsibilities : Seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across our key pharma partnerships. Working alongside internal account leadership, you will lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure top-tier alliance performance.Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account scopeLead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contractsFacilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance healthAddress partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams
