Requirements: 8+ years of experience with software testing techniques and quality assurance activities. Proven experience planning, creating, executing, tracking, and reporting test cases and defects. Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting quality processes, metrics, and indicators. Advanced knowledge of functional testing for desktop and mobile applications, as well as usability testing. Basic knowledge of automated testing, performance testing, and API testing. Experience developing testing scripts and generating data for manual and automated test scenarios. Advanced knowledge of Gherkin, Kanoah, Jira, BDD, and Postman or SoapUI. Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is desirable. Strong skills in test optimization, prioritization, organization, and managing competing demands. A proactive, curious, collaborative, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach. Knowledge of retail business rules, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and/or ERP systems is a strong differentiator. Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Comfortable working remotely, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and working full time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
