Responsibilities:  Manages data entry and ensures its accuracy, generates reports in support of monthly metrics and audit/inspection requests, communicates information related to training plans and resolves tracking record issues.  Responsible for working with cross function teams on process improvement activities  Play a critical role in ensuring excellent health of the PV Partnerships by developing key performance indicators in addition to analyzing and distributing metrics.  Trains internal and external partnerships on PV Agreement terms including but not limited to: Service Provider Training, On-boarding, and Annual Training.  Manage group mailboxes and distributes safety/quality related questions received to internal stakeholders.  Provide training for new team members as necessary.  Provide Affiliate guidance related to monitoring activities, as needed. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required; Science degree is preferred but not required.  At least 2 years of related industry experience, Pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred  Must have attention to detail along with an understanding of the quality/compliance environment.  Background in measurement, analytics and data analysis.  Demonstrated strong communication skills, written and verbal.  The ability to manage internal and external relationships is a key success factor for this position.  About AbbVie AbbVie's mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.
