We are a collaborative team of engineers and data specialists working closely with product and sustainability experts to turn complex environmental data into meaningful insights for customers around the world.</span></p><div><p><span>We work as a distributed team across the UK and Canada, combining strong technical expertise with a shared commitment to solving real-world problems.</span><br></p></div><div><p><span>As the platform continues to grow globally, we are modernising our architecture, expanding our analytics capabilities, and exploring how AI can enhance sustainability insights. It’s an opportunity to join a team where your work directly contributes to helping organisations make better decisions for people and the planet</span></p></div><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations, ensuring sustainability and climate datasets are accurate, scalable, and available for analytics and reporting.</span></p></li></ul><div><ul><li><p><span>Design and manage analytics-ready data models and datasets that support dashboards, reporting, and product features across the ESG platform.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Deliver clear and reliable analytics outputs, including dashboards and visualisations that turn complex environmental data into actionable, decision-ready insights.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Maintain high standards of data quality and governance, implementing validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure trusted and well-understood datasets.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to integrate data capabilities into the ESG platform and support the delivery of new analytics features.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><p><span><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></span></p><div><ul><li><p><span>Typically, 3–6 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience building data pipelines, transformations, and analytics datasets in production environments.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, ideally within SaaS or product-led organisations.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and analysts to deliver data-driven features and insights.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience working with modern engineering practices such as version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with sustainability, ESG, or geospatial (GIS) data is advantageous, highly desirable.&
