Analytics Engineer

Assignment description We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help business users become more data-driven by turning data into scalable and accessible analytics solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business teams across different functions and markets to understand their needs and translate them into reusable data models, pipelines and self-service analytics. You will work with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI and Prefect, with a strong focus on data quality, governance and accessibility. You will also support stakeholders in using data more effectively by promoting best practices in data exploration, reporting and visualization. Qualifications You have experience with analytics engineering, data modelling and analytical insights. You have experience with Snowflake and dbt. You have experience with self-service BI tools, preferably Power BI. You have experience translating business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. You are able to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy enabling others to work independently with data and have a collaborative and pedagogical approach. You are comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business users and sharing knowledge and best practices.
