Introduction: We are looking for an Senior Application Security Coordinator to coordinate remediation efforts for security findings identified through penetration tests and vulnerability scans. 📍 Location: Stokholm / Oslo - 3 days from the office Role Summary: This position is well suited to someone who can combine technical knowledge with strong coordination skills in a complex environment. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively drive remediation, manage priorities, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams. Role Overview The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating security testing outcomes and overseeing the vulnerability remediation process. A key part of the position is making sure that identified issues are assessed correctly, prioritised based on risk, and effectively addressed by the relevant teams. This role requires both technical understanding and strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate outcomes from security testing activities. Assess vulnerabilities and prioritise remediation actions. Drive remediation efforts and monitor progress. Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams. Establish and follow governance and reporting processes. Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security. Experience working with vulnerability scan results and penetration test reports. Ability to assess risk and prioritise remediation work. Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Jira. Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders Experience in driving remediation activities in a structured manner Expected Outcomes: Improved visibility and control over the vulnerability landscape.
