The apprentice will work closely</p><p class="MsoNormal">with the Engineering team to gain hands-on experience while ensuring compliance with safety</p><p class="MsoNormal">and quality standards.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Key Responsibilities</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Support installation, inspection, and servicing of mechanical equipment.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Participate in routine equipment checks and lubrication activities.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Assist in identifying equipment abnormalities and reporting them to supervisors.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS guidelines.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Support utility and engineering projects as assigned.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Maintain housekeeping in the workshop and plant areas.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Learn and adhere to company policies and engineering best practices.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Qualification</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Diploma/Degree Mechanical Engineering.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Preferred Skills</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Understanding of engineering drawings and tools.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Good communication and teamwork skills.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Training Exposure</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Utility Systems</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Mechanical Equipment Handling</p><p class="MsoNormal">• GMP & EHS Compliance</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Documentation Practices</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Basic Root Cause Analysis</p><p class="MsoNormal">Duration</p><p class="MsoNormal">1 year</p>
