For our Client we are looking for AR and Credit Controller The role is responsible for managing and controlling customer credit risk and Accounts Receivable balances to ensure timely collection of payments and healthy cash flow. It involves analyzing customer accounts, credit exposure, and payment behavior. The position ensures accurate customer master data, consistent credit limit management, and supervision of outsourced operations for overdue receivables, claims and disputes in agreed customers portfolio. The role also supports continuous improvement of credit and collection processes, contributing to better risk control, reduced bad debt exposure, and improved service quality across in-house and outsourced operations. Work task: Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data and order release. Monitor and manage AR, credit exposure and securities status (insurances, guaranies etc). Review customer aging, payment behavior to identify habits and risks to support business in commercial relations and customers evaluation. Execute credit control activities, including proper operational flow, escalations and control of WNS activities as per procedures. Maintain clear documentation of credit policies, procedures, customer-specific agreements, and escalation paths. Provide regular and ad-hoc overview on AR aging, overdue debt, claims, disputes, and credit risk to management. Support cash collection targets and bad debt reduction through proactive monitoring and effective follow-up actions. Collaborate with SBO, Controlling and GFA to improve efficiency and processes’ flows. Contribute to continuous improvement of credit and collection processes, controls, and ways of working Must have skills: Very good understanding of credit risk and AR management in commercial companies (selling goods), Very good English knowledge (German is an asset) SAP knowledge Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into clear insights and conclusions, with a high level of ownership, effective time management, consistent on-time delivery, and strong attention to detail Possible location in Poland : 100% remote MO02 Contact person: aleksandra.rosikiewicz@eworkgroup.com Do you know someone who would fit this position?
