Area Manager for Area South

You use your leadership, skills, and experience to inspire, drive impactful results and effectively make a positive difference in your sales market.  And people who have…​  Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar leadership role within retail    You have led in complex environments, demonstrating an outstanding ability to lead leaders and create efficient execution.   Solid experience from working with retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, store layout, and customer experience to be able to optimize the physical sales channel  A deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to manage sales and profit targets and to make informed decisions  Ability to identify opportunities and risks in your local market. This includes understanding customer demographics, preferences, and spending habits  Strong commitment and experience with providing a high level of customer service and contributing to the OMNI agenda    Flexibility to travel at least 50% of your time for store visits and meetings in your area    WHO WE ARE​  H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
