Out of Berlin, we stir the business for DACH and Poland and now we’re looking for you, because, if all of this resonates, maybe you want to work for Oatly, too!   Your mission As an Area Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand within Krakow and Silesia . Your mission will be to build strong customer relationships, expand distribution, and ensure that our products are always available, perfectly displayed, and highly visible where consumers make their purchasing decisions. You will collaborate with key customers, drive sales growth, and work closely with business partners to create solutions that deliver value for both our customers and our brand. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, is accountable for results, and is motivated to achieve ambitious goals. Your tasks At Oatly, you are not an anonymous cog in a big machine – At Oatly we all stand together and make the "plant-based revolution" happen. Your success will be our success and vice versa. - Develop and strengthen relationships with customers in the modern trade channel and conduct commercial negotiations - Looking after our existing customers in the food retail sector and visiting the stores in Krawow and surrounding areas every day - Achieve sales targets and expand distribution within your assigned territory - Making sure that our products are available in all your markets - Ensure the highest standards of product availability, merchandising, and in-store execution - Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend initiatives to support sales growth - Plan your work effectively, report on results, and execute the company’s sales strategy. Your profile - You have a hands-on mentality and a proactive mindset - You have at least 2 year experience as sales representative within the FMCG industry - You work independently, structured, and focused, without ever losing sight of the "big picture" - You are used to working with programs such as MS Office and a cell phone is your favorite tool - You can get down to business - lifting Oatly is one of your favorite sports and you can move shelves without breaking a sweat - Exceptional communicator and relationship builder - You like to travel and are always on the go - You live in or near Krakow and have a driver's license - Native oral and written communication skills in Polish and a proficient level of English Come join us Another bulleted list felt redundant, so we wrote this long sentence with all the ways we sweeten the deal to work with us: 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a Company car (Category D) also for private use, private health insurance and an attractive bonus system and much more.
