ASG - Customer Assistance Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ASG - Customer Assistance Representative based in Canada. As a Customer Assistance Representative, you’ll provide critical roadside support to members during stressful and time-sensitive situations. Working remotely, you’ll combine empathy, clear communication, and urgency to coordinate assistance efficiently. You’ll use mapping and multiple technology systems to accurately identify customer locations and dispatch authorized service providers. Your ability to remain calm and solution-oriented will directly contribute to customer safety and satisfaction. The role offers structured paid training and ongoing development in a supportive, recognition-focused environment. This is a full-time opportunity supporting ongoing business operations, with flexible scheduling across evenings, nights, and weekends. You’ll play an essential role in delivering reliable assistance when customers need it most.
