Asset Management Tech Lead

As the Asset Management Tech Lead at Blooper Biotech, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's data-driven decision-making and asset optimization strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced asset management systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of Blooper's physical and digital assets Leveraging data analytics and predictive modeling to optimize asset performance, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management systems with other enterprise-wide technologies and processes Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the asset management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset management, and driving the adoption of new solutions within the organization Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to asset management To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in asset management, data analysis, and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering successful asset management initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
