Assistant Manager

Requirements: Shift/hours needed include day and evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Must have a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Must have attention for detail & food quality. Must have good customer service skills. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds with good mobility. Starting Wage will be based on experience and skill level. **Qualifications:** **Required Qualifications:** Minimum 6 months of food service or restaurant experience Proven customer service skills with ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and maintain good mobility throughout shifts Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer software Fundamental math skills for inventory management and cash handling Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within food service Current enrollment in or completion of business management coursework Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification Experience with inventory management and food ordering systems Strong organizational and time management skills Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) Awesome franchise with over 45 years of experience in the pizza biz!
