Associate Business Systems Analyst
Responsibilities: Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.  Learning and understanding the business processes around Clinical Development Operations technology solutions.  Responding to questions and consultation with business users regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs. Developing detailed business user requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation. Ensuring current and accurate system requirements and documentation for existing and new systems  Assist with conducting research and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system issues and proper resolution. Consulting with functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system. Determining how changing business needs will affect the systems. Creating and managing system change requests and documentation supporting implementations. Working collaboratively and effectively with both technical and business team members.  Bachelor’s Degree Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution. Good interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.  Must be detail oriented. Must exhibit ability to work as part of a team.
