This role supports the ongoing success, optimization, and strategic growth of an established portfolio of customers using a sophisticated SaaS risk and compliance platform. You will combine customer relationship management with technical project coordination, data analysis, and solution optimization. Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support, you will help customers maximize platform value and ROI. The role offers significant exposure to complex customer use cases, APIs, SQL, configuration, and data-driven decision-making. You will lead reviews, optimization initiatives, training, and strategic roadmaps aligned with customers’ evolving business objectives. Success requires a customer-first mindset, strong analytical and investigative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
