Associate Director, Analytical Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Analytical Development based in United States. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role supporting the late-stage development and commercialization of innovative inhaled therapies for serious respiratory diseases. You will own the analytical strategy across drug substance and inhalation drug products, from method development through validation, transfer, and lifecycle management. The role will directly support Phase 3 clinical programs, PPQ campaigns, regulatory submissions, and future commercial manufacturing. You will provide technical leadership across complex inhalation analytical challenges, including aerosol performance, critical quality attributes, stability, and comparability. Working in a collaborative biotech environment, you will partner closely with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Product Development, and external CDMO organizations. The position offers significant influence over analytical standards, regulatory readiness, and scalable systems as programs progress toward commercialization.
