Associate Director - Data, Analytics & Digital Solutions
Due to growing demand for our digital assurance and analytics services we are seeking to recruit an experienced digital consultant with a strong track record of delivering high impact data and analytics projects, preferably in the construction and engineering sector.  You will join a team based in our Dublin office with responsibility for managing and growing our portfolio of clients across Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. This is an exciting time to join a recently formed and rapidly growing team. You will have a diverse and interesting responsibilities including client facing consultancy, business generation and people development. You will instinctively recognise opportunity to drive productivity and improve our clients' outcomes.  RESPONSIBILITIES  Key Client Management  Be the key client contact on a major project and client account.  Lead client engagements and provide technical delivery and assurance of projects.  Service Delivery  Design, develop and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive insights and performance.  Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements and end-to-end data processes.  Team Management  Development of the team and inspire them through commitment and enthusiasm  Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance.  Business Generation  Lead and contribute to business development activities and proposal writing  Identify and establish new relationships, whilst maintaining and developing existing relationships  Take knowledge or experience and translate into new ideas or solutions.  Market appraisal and client needs  Opportunity and pursuit management  Proposals, bid preparation, client interviews and work winning.  Knowledge and skill requirements  Be adept at communicating, influencing and driving change  Experience of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL  Extensive experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView and Excel  Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub  Development experience in Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric Environment  Development experience in Azure, including tools such as Databricks, SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Databricks, ADF, ADLS  Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service  Experience in quality assurance and change control.  Knowledge in master data management, database management, data warehousing, data modelling and ETL concept  Sound understanding of technology infrastructure and implementation  Understanding of project controls tools and process  Knowledge of Building Information Modelling  Exposure to Digital Twin and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions  Degree educated or equivalent experience in a technical subject, e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.  Business acumen – understanding the commercial market and using your knowledge to secure and extend business opportunities.  Proven people management skills  Desirable Previous local security clearance and experience working within secure or regulated environments. Candidates who do not currently hold security clearance will still be considered, provided they are eligible to undergo the relevant vetting and clearance processes if required by the role.
