Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred 7–9 years of experience in Marketing Access and / or Marketing (pharmaceutical experience preferred) Minimum 3 years of product management experience in pharmaceuticals, market access preferred Highly desired: Market access marketing experience Experience with lifecycle management strongly preferred Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing required Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and verification of benefits preferred Essential Skills and Abilities Deep understanding of market access and payer landscape Deep understanding of marketing principles within the healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to lead strategy in a complex, matrixed organization Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen Ability to influence cross-functional partners and external stakeholders Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, and decision-making skills, ability to simplify the complex.
