Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics, Cardiovascular BU based in the United States. This is a strategic commercial operations leadership role focused on designing incentive programs that motivate sales teams and support business objectives. You’ll lead incentive compensation strategy for an entire business unit, partnering closely with senior commercial and brand leaders. The role combines compensation design, analytics, financial modeling, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll use data, field feedback, and performance insights to evaluate plan effectiveness and continuously improve incentive structures. You’ll also oversee critical incentive compensation administration and operations delivered through an international delivery team. Success requires strong executive presence, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations. The role is remote in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates able to work onsite in Thousand Oaks, California, 2–3 days per week.
