This field-based and remote leadership role focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships across priority healthcare systems in the New England region. You’ll shape account strategies that support access to innovative neuroscience therapies and improve outcomes for patients and providers. The role combines strategic account management, executive engagement, healthcare ecosystem expertise, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior clinical, administrative, operational, and financial stakeholders across complex health systems. You’ll translate market dynamics, reimbursement trends, customer needs, and evidence gaps into actionable account plans and innovative solutions. Success requires strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn complex plans into measurable execution. With 60–80% travel across a broad geography, this is an opportunity to influence sophisticated healthcare environments while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
