Associate Director, Product Management

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a platform that serves as a central interface for scientific discovery programs. Working closely with medicinal chemists, molecular design scientists, engineers, and computational teams, you will translate complex scientific needs into intuitive digital experiences. You will help integrate AI agents and automated workflows that make advanced computational capabilities accessible to non-technical scientific users. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong judgment across discovery, prioritization, design, and delivery.
