A genuine interest in the real estate industry is essential. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver high‑quality valuation and strategic advisory assignments, including complex and high‑profile mandates. - Lead and coordinate valuation projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client service. - Manage and nurture relationships with major clients, and actively contribute to business development and client acquisition. - Support and mentor junior valuers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. - Engage in industry events, forums, and training to stay ahead of market trends and expand your professional network. - Integrate ESG considerations into valuation processes and reporting, ensuring alignment with evolving standards and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage. - Professional valuer certification (e.g., MRICS, Samhällsbyggarna) is required. - Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken). - Significant experience in commercial real estate valuation, ideally with exposure to institutional clients. - Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large client relationships. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound professional judgment. - Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly and confidently. - Proven ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency with valuation tools and software.
