Associate Fuel Cell Systems Engineer

We are looking for engineers... Who are good communicators; able to explain complex engineering processes in simple terms and in verbal, written, and visual forms Who are creative problem solvers, even in ambiguous situations That have a team-oriented, self-directed personality with strong inter-personal and organizational skills Who are driven to learn continuously and by various methods, including external courses, internal seminars (local or abroad), and other self-identified methods Who are highly self-motivated and can work independently in complex situations, without continuous supervision or guidance Bachelors’ Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering fields Experience communicating with external stakeholders, customers or business partners Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation Demonstrated organized and self-motivated working style, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Demonstrated capability to drive project results, even when processes are unclear or not-yet defined for the given task Familiarity with engineering testing tools and instrumentation Desired: Understanding of PEM fuel cell systems and their applications Desired: Experience with calibration tools and SW such as ETAS INCA Desired: Experience with measurement data review, such as ETAS MDA Desired: Experience with basic programming, such as Python Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to ~50% at times) We Are Bosch.
