Our advisory services include market entry and growth strategies, partner and customer identification, business development, public affairs support, and commercial opportunities linked to major industrial and societal transformations. From our office in Oslo, you will join a small and ambitious team while being part of Business Sweden's global organization spanning more than 40 markets worldwide. You will gain exposure to senior decision-makers, international business challenges, and some of the most dynamic sectors shaping the future, including defence & security, energy transition, healthcare, digitalization, industrial transformation, and sustainable infrastructure. Your responsibilities The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities including: Collecting, analyzing, and presenting market intelligence and business insightsSupporting Swedish companies in identifying customers, partners, and growth opportunities in NorwayManaging interactions with clients, industry stakeholders, and public-sector representativesSupporting consulting projects through market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and project deliverySupporting sales activities through prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and client dialoguesPreparing and arranging executive events, trade delegations, roundtable discussions, and B2B meetingsBuilding expertise within priority industries and growth sectorsDriving your own initiatives while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team The role offers a steep learning curve, significant responsibility, and direct exposure to senior executives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
